Background
I build AI prototypes with the tools I use myself every day. Vienna as a base, selective engagements as the format. What I pass on has first proven itself with me or with clients.
Before that: Austrian Post AG (01/2024 to 02/2026, IT project management in the branch network). My own GmbH RocketWM (04/2019 to 12/2022, 400+ websites, team of four to five). International paper-trade group (2023, webshop relaunch across 11 countries, 16 websites, 8 webshops). Started in IT in 2015 at BBRZ Vienna.
Since late 2024, a daily focus on LLMs, multi-agent architectures, and rapid prototyping. 250+ AI prototypes, 10,000+ AI Engineering Sessions, 20,000+ commits across 66+ repositories. In April 2026, first place at the BitGN PAC Hackathon Vienna, solo, 79 out of 104 points, 3 hours on-site. EU AI Act Art. 4 AI-literacy training with certificate (ki-fit.at). I work in German and English and prefer engagements with clean handover, documentation, and training.

- →Stage 1 of a two-stage content engine (Cutter for YouTube; FeedFoundry for Instagram). Connecting both stages is roadmap, not wired today.

The Agent Fleet
Sven, the personal scout, feeds a daily and weekly content radar into a vault – BuilderBob, the 24/7 worker, picks it up and executes. session-orchestrator is the loop that coordinates both; control-plane is the cockpit from which I see live which agent sessions are running. A real, operating fleet of autonomous agents – on its own open-source foundation. That is Agentic Engineering in practice, not as a claim.

Risk Mitigation for Solo Engagements

If I become unavailable at short notice, an emergency runbook with a defined escalation and hand-over path takes effect: clear contacts, open items and next steps are documented in writing.

Since 05/2026 also active as Venture Builder at AI Factory Austria. AI Factory Austria is an innovation center: signals become hypotheses, hypotheses become prototypes, prototypes become ventures. This role runs in parallel to my solo work and has no impact on you: my solo practice stays primary, and my own projects and client mandates are handled to the same quality and security standards as before.
